Highball & Harvest

This restaurant pays legacy to its namesake, both the cocktail and the way that trains transported Florida’s harvests. The menu features ingredients from local farms and the resort’s own garden.

Bleu

This poolside restaurant offers a casual alfresco setting to enjoy burgers, seafood and salads. Tropically inspired frozen drinks are made with fresh ingredients.

Vitale, Spa Café

Overlooked by palm trees and lush greenery, the spa’s outdoor café offers health-focused fare including salads, smoothies, sandwiches and bento boxes.

Fairways Pub

After a round or two, relax with a well-deserved meal and a view of the 18th hole. An extensive selection of crafted micro brews and draught beers pairs perfectly with the inspired clubhouse fair.

The Lobby Lounge

An elegant solarium invites the sun, and guests, to linger. The menu features an impressive cocktail and spirits list. Food includes a raw bar, caviar, flatbreads and pastries.

First Drop®

The perfect way to start the day. This lobby café offers locally roasted coffee, fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies and a selection of sandwiches, salads, pastries and snacks.

Primo

Ingredients cultivated from the resort’s onsite organic garden and local farms are used to create dishes inspired by the coastal regions of Italy, France and Spain.  

Citron

Breakfast at this brasserie-inspired restaurant features seasonal, local ingredients. Fresh breads and pastries are made each morning and are part of the extensive buffet offering.  

Café Bodega

Chef-crafted breakfast and lunch sandwiches, quiches, salads, fresh fruit and snacks are available to go at this counter-service café.

Sushi Bar

Overlooking the garden, lakes and golf course, this restaurant features a sushi and raw bar with a selection of Asian tapas, cocktails and wines. Bar and table seating available.

WHISPER CREEK FARM: THE KITCHEN

Comfort food showcasing ingredients from the resort’s garden and local farmers, including flatbreads, sandwiches and small plates. Food is complemented by craft beers from the onsite nano-brewery.
