La Vie, which means “the life” in French, welcomes guests to enjoy an extraordinary dining experience led by Restaurant General Manager Dusty Grable. Executive Chef Shaymus Alwin helms the kitchen and presents a refined, modern approach to French cuisine with a thoughtfully-crafted menu degustation and a la carte selections using fresh local ingredients. La Vie's beverage program emphasizes French wine pairings by the glass and the finest bottles from new and old-world vineyards.
