When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving an hour before your appointment to allow time to complete the spa questionnaire and enjoy the relaxation facilities including the steam room. Note that a late arrival will result in a shorter treatment experience.
Can I store my jewelry and valuables?
We recommend hotel guests leave their valuables in their room safe. The spa also provides lockers for all guests.
Is there a minimum age to receive treatment?
Treatments are available to children below the age of 16 when accompanied by an adult during the duration of the service. Please contact the spa for details on kid-friendly experiences.
How do you maintain a peaceful setting?
Phones, pagers, cameras and smoking are not permitted.
What do I wear during treatment?
You will be provided with disposable undergarments, which are required for your comfort. Therapists also use draping techniques to ensure your privacy.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel up to two hours prior to your appointment; after this time, you will be charged for 100% of the treatment.
What amenities are included with treatments?
You will enjoy access to relaxation facilities, including a steam room, and are assigned a personal locker with a robe and slippers to use during your visit.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, they are available from spa reception.
