How can I make a reservation?
Please reserve your treatments in advance by dialing the extension 1222 from your room, or emailing rc.kbvrz.spa.reception@ritzcarlton.com.
When should I arrive?
You are encouraged to arrive 60 minutes prior to your treatment appointment in order to enjoy the exclusive facilities at the Spa.
Please be advised that late arrivals may result in reduction of treatment time.
What should I wear during my treatment?
We ask that you disrobe completely for your body treatment(s). For your comfort, the Spa will provide towels and amenities during your visit. Our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you for privacy. Kindly wear appropriate swimwear while using the Thermal Suites.
Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
Our Spa receptionist will help you plan the perfect Spa experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.
Spa Policies
What is the cancellation policy?
A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment cancelled within 24 hours prior to the appointment. A minimum 12-hour advanced notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment, program or service not attended.
May I bring my cellphone?
Our Spa promotes an environment of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ rights to privacy and peace. The use of cellular phones and electronic devices is prohibited at the Phulay Bay Spa.
May I smoke in the Spa?
Smoking is not permitted in Phulay Bay Spa.

What if I am pregnant?
We have specially designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
What if I have special health considerations?
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, recent medical or cosmetic procedures or injuries, which could affect your service when making your Spa reservation.
