Together with 21+ Miami-based ice cream company Aubi & Ramsa, we have crafted our own ice cream flavor, exclusive to The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. A crème brûlée ice cream with chocolate wafer clusters, ‘The South Beach’ also features our signature rum by Havana Club. This exclusive, delectable flavor and a selection of other mouthwatering flavors is available daily at Lapidus Bar.

Inside and on the terrace, The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach presents its Sunday brunch, including chilled seafood, a carving station, breakfast favorites, the chef’s selection of desserts, and unlimited brunch cocktails.

End the week with water views at DiLido Beach Club, with savings on our signature frosé, a selection of other handcrafted cocktails and small bites.

The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One

SOBEWFF® returns for its 20th anniversary May 20-23 with more than 65 events throughout the city. The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach will host two intimate events. Executive Chef Anthony Le Pape will also participate in Wine Spectator’s Best of Best event, featuring 30 of the nation’s top chefs and a selection of more than 60 wines.
