MONDAY: RISE YOGA
Our 60-minute power yoga is designed to cleanse your mind, body and spirit. Breathe in the ocean air as we take you on a journey of self-awareness, while empowering your entire body. 9 a.m. 

TUESDAY: POWER SCULPT
Place your feet in the sand and enjoy beach views! Sculpt, shape, and sweat with our RoyaFit signature 60 -minute full body beach workout. Combine rhythmic muscle pumping resistance bond exercises and low-impact body weight movements that will have you beach ready. 4:30 p.m.

WEDNESDAY: MINDFUL ALIGNMENT
Bring your mind, body, and spirit into harmony with this guided meditation and slow flow. Become grounded as you quiet the mind and relax the body, leavi ng you feeling balanced and ready for your day. 9 a.m.

THURSDAY: BLISS YOGA
Wake your body and mind with yoga postures, breath, and meditation. Our 60- minute class is designed for the sole purpose of eliminating stress and worries while creating a calm and clear mind. 4:30 p.m.

FRIDAY: PULSE PILATES
A full body workout focused on creating strong and flexible muscles with a primary focus on the core. 9 a.m.

SATURDAY: RISE YOGA
Our 60-minute power yoga is designed to cleanse your mind, body and spirit. Breathe in the ocean air as we take you on a journey of self-awareness, while empowering your entire bod y. 9 a.m.

SUNDAY: SEASIDE SWEAT
This 60-minute cardio based agility circuit is designed to increase your speed and rev up metabolism. Spend 45 seconds at each of our seven stations for the ultimate sweat. 9 a.m.
