What do I need to know before contacting the hotel?

How far in advance should I reserve the date?

We recommend reserving your date at least one year in advance, but should you have a favourable date, we suggest booking your special day earlier to ensure availability.
 

How do we organize your wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh?

Planning your wedding can be one of the most stressful yet most memorable experiences in your life and The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh Team is here to help you define every step of the way. Please let us be amongst the first to wish you all the best on your forthcoming marriage.
 

  1. Conduct site inspection for the couple.
  2. Select and reserve the perfect venue for the wedding.
  3. Envision your wedding and draw up a budget.
  4. Discuss the expected number of invitees and preferred wedding day.
  5. Assist you in the selection of wedding menus.
  6. Reservation of a Royal Suite for the grand wedding night.
  7. Accommodate the needs of any room reservations for the invited guests attending the wedding.
  8. Develop a catering agreement specifying the details of the event and parties’ commitments.

 

What do we provide for weddings and receptions?

  1. Reception beverages (fresh juices, mineral water).
  2. Dinner buffet including soft beverages.
  3. Royal chairs and tables, luxurious silverwares and glasses.
  4. Complimentary use of the Bridal Suite on the date of the event for bride’s pre-wedding preparation.
  5. One-night complimentary stay for the bride and groom at a Royal Suite with breakfast buffet in Al Orjouan Restaurant.
     

What is the deposit based on and when is the final payment due?

A deposit of 50,000 SAR is required to confirm banquet space. Estimated remaining balance is due two months prior to the event.

  • When do I need to finalize my menu?
  • Food and beverage selections must be finalized and confirmed with your Catering Sales Manager at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your wedding.

  • Extensive parking for over 400 cars is available at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh. Our valet attendant will park the cars on a complimentary basis. The cars are picked up from a dedicated entrance of The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom.

  • The hotel requires the final and guaranteed number of attendants 3 weeks prior to the date of your event.

  • Facilities for Arabic Ladies’ Wedding
  • The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh’s Ball Room A and B are one of the most luxurious wedding venues in Riyadh fit perfect for Arabic ladies’ weddings. Our ballrooms feature magnificent wood, fabric and mirror wall coverings, along with exquisite chandeliers, handmade decorative details on the ceiling, mainly designed to host female Royal weddings. The venue has a private entrance for the guests along with 2 counters at the entrance to keep ladies’ abayas.

  • Outside Vendors
  • Client may use outside vendors provided that they follow the hotel’s policies and procedures. Request is subject to approval.

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
