Against a backdrop of dazzling ocean views, palm trees and tropical vegetation, golfers discover the challenges and rewards of Tenerife’s most exalted golf course. Designed by Ryder Cup player Dave Thomas, Abama Golf's - located 1,4kms from the resort - par 72 course pays tribute to Tenerife’s varied terrain with 22 water hazards and white sand bunkers that demand focus from players of every level.
The golf course also features a clubhouse with changing rooms, a pro shop – managed by Abama Golf.
The Ritz-Carlton, Abama also offers several a wide variety of dining options onsite.
Please note that the golf course is managed directly by Abama Golf, and it is not part of The Ritz-Carlton, Abama´s facilities. Transportation from and to the hotel must be arranged directly by the guest.

Costa Adeje Golf
Located in Costa Adeje - 15-minute drive from the hotel.
Costa Adeje Golf was designed by the prestigious golf architect Jose Gancedo, who took advantage of the natural characteristics of the land, old banana trees and integrated them into the course. Its fairways in paspalum and greens in tifEagle are noteworthy, which allows the field to be irrigated with purified water.

Golf Las Americas
Located in Las Américas - 15-minute drive from the hotel.
A par 72 course, with a smooth topography, varied route and a total length of 6,051 meters. Among other attractions, the course offers a set of ditches and water ravines, offering a pleasant environmental effect.

Buenavista Golf
Located in Buenavista del Norte – one-hour drive from the hotel.
Buenavista golf, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, is a challenging course located between beautiful surroundings that make it the ideal place for golfers looking for a true golf experience in contact with nature and the sea. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and a total length of 6,150 meters. Some of these holes are so close to shore that they give the player the sensation of hitting the ball directly into the ocean, with impressive mountains in the background.

Tecina Golf
Located in La Gomera island - Golf Day trip by ferry
Located on Lomada de Tecina, the field that looks out over the blue ocean, it was designed by the prominent British architect and writer Donald Steel. Its fairways and greens are surrounded by an exuberant display of Canarian flora.
