A natural choice for families, with year-round sunshine, The Ritz-Carlton, Abama offers the largest Ritz Kids in Europe. Fostering a sense of adventure through exploration and discovery, there is an oceanic and outdoor focus, as part of a program designed by the famous environmentalist and explorer Jean-Michel Cousteau.
Our programs are designed to stimulate children's development, with educational activities on topics as diverse as astronomy, underwater exploration, wildlife, theatre, arts and crafts.

Ritz Kids has just been revamped/enhanced and now there is fun and entertainment for all ages. Children up to 4 years old can enjoy an exclusive area of the Ritz Kids Village, always accompanied by a parent, guardian or nanny. Children aged between 4 and 12 can spend time during the opening hours exploring the village or joining in with the activities lead by our Ritz Kids team.
Hours:
Open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch break from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Ritz Kids Evenings take place exclusively during school holidays, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Ritz Kids for Families:
Children and their families are welcome to take advantage of the Ritz Kids Playground in the outside section of the Village, anytime during the daylight hours. Throughout the school holidays, families are invited to join in and create happy memories with the Ritz Kids Garden activities, that will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Families with babies and toddlers below the age of 4 are able to spend time together in the Ritz Kids Planetarium room during the open hours. The Ritz-Carlton, Abama also offers two swimming pools dedicated to family-use: one for lengths, one for play.
Entertainment for Teens:
Teenage VIPs are now able to boast about a special hub designed to provide fun for hours on end: The Zone. From music to art, arcade games to 8-ball pool, a DJ booth and a bar for refreshments to mention just of the few entertainment possibilities, The Zone provides a unique outlet for enchanting teens who are longing for a fun and entertainment centre tailored to the likes and preferences of more mature kids. The Ritz Kids also host activities for teens such as sporting competitions, enthralling workshops, and outdoor adventures. Please see the Ritz Kids & Teens Club Activities sheet as mentioned previously, for further information.
