A Malaysian native and a resident of Singapore, Chef Sam Peong Teck You brings over 30 years of culinary experience to Li Jiang, a signature Southeast Asian restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. While in London, Chef Sam was the head chef at Kai restaurant and led the establishment to receive its first Michelin star. His next move was to Cyprus where he spent a few years working as chef de cuisine at Chi Lounge before moving to the Middle East.

Celebrate Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival with a variety of mooncakes in traditional flavours such as green tea, lotus, red bean, green bean and panda lotus handcrafted by the pastry team.
