The Club Level Lounge, located on level 7 with a panoramic view of the Canal, is an intimately exclusive venue for Club Level guests. A non-smoking policy is observed in the Lounge.

Breakfast: 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Midday Snacks: 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.

Afternoon Tea and Light Snacks: 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Evening Hors d’Oeuvres: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Cordials and Desserts: 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Coffee and cookies are available in the Lounge 24 hours a day.

Kindly be informed that The Ritz-Carlton Club Level guests are entitled to have two complimentary pieces of pressing per room per day (laundry and dry-cleaning not included). There is complimentary wireless internet access in the lounge. Laptops are available for guest use.
