Grand Foyer Brunch

Christmas Day Brunch is a festive celebration of culinary delights with the collaborative efforts by the hotel’s chefs highlighting many of their most fabulous creations - from cooking and carving corners to a large seafood and prim rib station, accompanied by live entertainment. Kids will enjoy a play area with magicians and clowns. Come and join the most popular brunch in town during the festive season!

Acclaimed Italian Chef Christian Frigo showcases the white truffle’s unique sensual flavor in a variety of specially prepared favorite dishes for the occasion. White truffle is considered to be a preciosity and this prized ingredient can be enjoyed exclusively at the Italian restaurant Primavera.

Maison Sichel, France’s renowned wine producer, brings the world-class vintages, including the award- winning Château Palmer and Alter Ego, to Plums.

Join us on Dec. 8, 2009, starting for an unforgettable evening with expert, William White. An exclusive four-course menu has been created by Chef de Cuisine Gerald Genson, paired with Sichel’s finest wines including Chateau Palmer 1996 and Alter Ego 2000.
