Chocolate Lovers Heaven with Pastry Chef Stephane Glacier from France
November 17 to 19, 2009
Award-winning pastry chef Stephane Glacier joins forces with renowned Swiss chocolate company, Felchlin, to bring you three days of chocolate-lovers’ heaven, from Nov. 17 to 19. Every afternoon from 3:30 to 7 p.m. dive into a delectable chocolate buffet at The Lobby Lounge. On Nov. 17 & 19 there is a chocolate show piece demonstration at 5:30 p.m. from the master himself.
Plums offers unusual and original chocolate combinations on a special menu dedicated to this sweet product of the cocoa bean. There is something to delight everyone. Try the pan-fried foie gras on chocolate brioche with a red wine reduction for example, or the soufflé Grand Marnier with orange chocolate sorbet.
La Méditerranée features an extensive chocolate buffet every evening from 7:30 p.m., where you can try many of Chef Stephane‘s sublime creations. And if you’d like to take some home with you, pop in to our Gourmet Shop during this period and you’ll find many of Chef Stephane’s masterpieces for sale.

Primavera introduces the truffles sensualities

Acclaimed Italian Chef Christian Frigo showcases the white truffle’s unique sensual flavor in a variety of specially prepared favorite dishes for the occasion. White truffle is considered to be a preciosity and this prized ingredient can be enjoyed exclusively at the Italian restaurant Primavera.
