Cocoa Lab at The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte is pleased to present a season of uniquely-chocolate, pastry and dessert cooking classes as well as group culinary educational experiences and teambuilding activities.
Charlotte Cooking Classes: Located in a private class setting within the uptown hotel’s state-of-the-art Bar Cocoa kitchens and priced at $75 per person (excluding special sessions) including parking and a keepsake apron, Cocoa Lab’s hands-on classes are limited to a maximum of eight students per session. Classes are usually offered from 9 a.m. to noon and, on select days, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., on Cocoa Lab’s scheduled instruction dates. Work alongside one of The Ritz Carlton, Charlotte hotel's award-winning chefs, using the finest professional appliances, cookware and cutlery, as you and your small group learn cooking techniques by actually preparing delectable menu items featuring chocolate, cocoa or other favorite dessert flavors. Enjoy tasting the day’s creations at the end of each session.
