An Afternoon Tea with a View Continuing the tradition of classic afternoon tea at The Ritz-Carlton, now guests can enjoy and experience a spectacular afternoon tea with a view of the Arabian Gulf from the 23rd floor. Available from 2:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.Wine Club Meeting Level 23 – Taste fine wines from Qatar Distribution Center and learn from the experts, accompanied by European cheeses and canapés. Open to Wine Club members only, but perhaps now is the time to join! Annual membership: QAR 3,500 for a couple or QAR 2,000 for singles. QAR 350 for one-time participation. La Mer is a smoke-free restaurant. Smoking is only allowed in Level 23.
