Inspired by classic bistro fare and served small plate-style, Cast & Plow offers a brilliant menu of familiar dishes, set apart by an approachable philosophy of artisan cooking. Hand selected, high quality ingredients are sourced directly from local boutique fishermen and farmers, as well as from individual neighborhood growers, ranchers and farmers markets. Restaurant Chef Umit Kaygusuz and his culinary team are proud to provide a truly fresh and new perspective on farm-to-table cuisine.
