Signature dishes on Lemonía's seasonal menu include stone crab claws with mango mustard; braised lamb shank with root vegetables, cheese grits and gremolata; Florida Flounder flavored with brown butter, capers and lemon accompanied by an arugula salad; and New York strip steak with hand cut fries.
Lemonía also features decadent dessert favorites, including chocolate bread pudding completed with bourbon ice cream and candied pecans, and orange cranberry panna cotta featuring delicious candies oranges and cinnamon shortbread cookie. All desserts, breads, ice creams and pastries are handmade in-house by the skillful and passionate Ritz-Carlton pastry team.
