Signature dishes on Lemonía's new seasonal summer menu include the Georgia peach and beet salad accompanied by crunchy goat cheese croutons, mache, and a fine Lemon vinaigrette; heirloom tomato soup with a basil crème frâiche; and a grilled beef tenderloin with smoked farro and pinot noir reduction.
Lemonía also features decadent dessert favorites—with a twist—like the orange crème brûlée with an almond financier and the dragon fruit sundae with a tropical coulis, mango, and strawberry. All desserts, breads, ice creams and pastries are handmade in-house by the skillful, passionate Ritz-Carlton pastry team.
