Signature dishes on Lemonía's new seasonal fall/winter menu include a winter mixed salad accompanied by crunchy walnut brittle, seasonal honeycrisp apples and Thomasville Tomme cheese; parsnip soup with a maple froth; and a braised Grove Farm lamb shank with preserved lemon couscous and lamb jus.
Lemonía also features decadent dessert favorites, including vanilla crème brulee with a raspberry financier, and peach panna cotta featuring delicious poached peaches. All desserts, breads, ice creams and pastries are handmade in-house by the skillful and passionate Ritz-Carlton pastry team.
