The only Ritz-Carlton property to offer the BBQ Butler, The Lodge continues to celebrate the South by offering the quintessential southern cuisine - barbecue - in your home-away-from-home in one of our quaint cottages or the Presidential House. Char-grill connoisseurs and novices alike learn the fine art of grilling from the BBQ Butler, from roasting sauce-smothered ribs in the bold flavors of mesquite wood to smoking chicken in the pungent aromas of hickory.
