• Check-in begins at 4 p.m.
• Check-out is at 12 noon
• Post noon check-out incurs an additional half-room rate charge
• After 1:30 p.m., check-out incurs additional full-room rate charge

Cancellation

• Cancellation policy: During season, guests must cancel at least 7 days in advance of their reservation or they will receive a two-night penalty. During off-season, guests must cancel at least two days in advance or they will receive a one-night penalty. Please take note that cancellation rates are subject to change.
• Pets weighing less than 35 pounds are welcome at our Miami South Beach hotel, however a $250 non-refundable pet fee applies.
