The Courtyard

The Italian palazzo-style Courtyard, framed by peach stucco walls and arched doorways, features a three-tiered fountain and colorful gardens. Terrazzo stone tile and circular columns capture the Mediterranean feel of this unique space. The Courtyard is cool and shaded in the morning and late afternoons, while brilliant sunshine abounds during midday. No matter what time of day, the Courtyard is an ideal setting for small gatherings with family.

Great Bay Beach

Romantic Great Bay Beach is the perfect location for your Caribbean resort fantasy wedding. Soothing sounds from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea provide an ideal backdrop for your beach reception.

Great Bay Ballroom

Perfect for a large indoor reception yet still providing your guests with the beautiful view of Great Bay. With marble floors and vaulted ceilings, this room provides 3,000 square feet of event space and is divisible into two smaller rooms for more intimate gatherings.

The Living Room

The Living Room is located near the Courtyard and features floor to ceiling windows looking out at Great Bay.

Mangrove Lawn

A lush, green lawn accentuated by tropical plants and flowers. Perfect for a cocktail or wedding reception of up to 150 people.

The Great Bay Terrace

The Great Bay Terrace offers expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring St. John while offering the space required for larger wedding parties. Ideally located to our ballroom.
