Enjoy a delicious Christmas Day feast in the Great Bay Ballroom that features traditional carving stations, a kid’s station and complete dessert display.

Ahoy, ye mateys! Sail the seven seas in search of buried treasure aboard the Lady Lynsey. The crew of will lead the expedition to Christmas Cove where guests will go ashore to search for the pirate’s booty.

Ring in the New Year and dance the night away. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail sail at 6:30 p.m. A four-course dinner is served immediately following the sail on the terrace. DJ Patrick then gets the party rocking in the Ballroom with rock and roll classics.

Enjoy an outdoor celebration featuring a buffet with American favorites beginning at 6:30 p.m. and an amazing fire and limbo show that starts at 7:30 p.m.

Celebrate Caribbean style with a beach buffet and a live stilt walking performance with traditional Mocko Jumbies. The buffet featuring American favorites will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m. at Coconut Cove.

Guests will join the ladies and gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas in an important half-day volunteer snorkel event onboard the Lady Lynsey, the resort’s 53-foot sailing catamaran. You will learn about our wondrous marine environment and collect important data on populations and species of fish and sea turtles. The data will be submitted to the Reef Environmental Education Foundation (REEF), where it is available to a variety of resource agencies and researchers.

Experience a true Caribbean tradition during a Mocko Jumbie show and beach BBQ at Sails. Then continue the celebration in the ballroom to the sounds of DJ Patrick.
