Shipping and Receiving*

All packages sent must have a completed customs form declaring their contents and use an International Air Way. It is illegal to ship liquor or alcohol of any kind. All express mail will be sent via U.P.S. or Fed Ex, overnight or 2nd day air. Outgoing packages will be shipped by 1 p.m., otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. Storage and handling fees of $10.00 per box plus $2.00 per box per day apply for anything received more than 7 days in advance of your arrival. Please consult with your Meetings and Special Events Manager for additional details.

Entertainment

Our meetings and special events staff works with a wide variety of local entertainers and can help find the best musical accompaniment for your event, including:

• Moko Jumbi Fire-eaters
• Carnival dancers and limbo artists
• Bands such as steel pan, calypso, reggae, salsa, pop, rock, classical, jazz, big band and blues

High-Speed Internet Access

Most meeting rooms offer high-speed Internet access with a set up fee and per day charge (up to four computers). Two Internet kiosk booths are also available adjacent to the front desk. A Technology Butler is available to assist with any technical needs during your meeting.

Décor

Our creative and talented MSE team can provide a variety of décor packages that are indicative to the history and culture of the Virgin Islands.
