Westend Bistro by Eric Ripert introduces casual seasonal menus that boast vibrant personality and contemporary twists on local ingredients. The restaurant’s signature dishes are inspired by Chef Ripert’s own family traditions and recipes, including Tuna Carpaccio with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Chives, Shallot and Lemon; The Fish Burger with Fennel, Oven Roasted Tomato and Saffron Aioli.
