The name of our fine dining restaurant AQUA denotes the main theme of Sven Elverfeld´s awarded cuisine: Clarity and transparency. Opened for dinner only, AQUA offers modern European cuisine. The discrete elegance and exclusivity of this venue is perfectly underlined by its design.  

The Grill focusses on fine seasonal and regional cuisine with the best of international and carefully chosen local ingredients. Opened for lunch and dinner, guests can choose from a wide variety of á la carte dishes including several vegetarian options.

The Newman's Bar, which is named after the famous American portrait photographer Arnold Newman, offers for lovers of fruit spirits more than 200 different choices. Between the original photographs of well-known personalities such as Pablo Picasso, Igor Stravinsky and Henry Moore, guests also get to select in a choice of 100 international rum and whiskey brands - includuing single barrel whiskeys for very special moments.

A perfect place to unwind at the open fire and enjoy the contrasting view of the harbor basin and the historical industrial monument of the Volkswagen power plant. Sitting here drinking a  cocktail or celebrating a traditional afternoon tea, feels like driving into another world.
