To complement these dishes, Ritz Bar has also created a handcrafted cocktail menu that incorporates some of Peru’s most notable flavours. Prepared using liquid nitrogen, the Pisco Pasion features pancho fiero pisco, passion fruit puree, house made simple syrup and fresh squeezed lime juice; while the Mountain Mist combines vodka and orange liqueur with brewed floral tea, hibiscus syrup and rose hips poured from a signature copper kettle and served over an infused ice sphere.
