TOCA Cheese Cave Event Series
TOCA’s Cheese Cave Event Series will be led by Head Chef Jitin Gaba, General Manager Peter Muir and resident Sommelier Lorie O’Sullivan. Chef Gaba brings his training as a fromager to the experience, giving foodies an inside look into how cheeses are aged and cared for. Muir was born into the food industry growing up in Doolin, Ireland on his family’s jam farm which propelled him into an international career working with artisanal food producers.

The event series will take place once a month and will feature a different theme and unique pairings, highlights include cheddar and beer, fondue and scotch, soft cheeses with champagne. Guests will learn how to taste cheese and identify flavour profiles, entertaining tips and more.
