The 2,700-square-foot Fitness Center at The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows with uninterrupted views of Navy Pier, Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline. In addition to the gym facility, the hotel offers innovative programming such as group fitness classes and wellness experiences.
*Fitness classes are $20 per session for hotel guests. *Children must be over the age of 18 to utilize the Fitness Center or to attend group classes.

AQUA FIT MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY 10 a.m. Total body, aquatic conditioning using the resistance of water to provide cardio, strength and flexibility training.
BODY ROCK SATURDAY 9 a.m. | MONDAY 6:30 p.m. A fast-paced full body training experience incorporating both cardio and strength training.
BODY STRETCH TUESDAY 6:30 p.m. | THURSDAY 6:00 p.m. Deep and gentle stretches using movements that flow smoothly to increase mobility and flexibility, decrease muscle tension and pain, and improve muscular balance.
FIT TUESDAY, THURSDAY 10 a.m. Functional Integrated Training (FIT) is designed to have your upper and lower body muscles work collaboratively and emphasizes core stability.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY 9 a.m. Combines aerobic, strength training and stretching to challenge your muscles using hand-held weights and bands.
YOGA MONDAY, FRIDAY AND SUNDAY 8 a.m. TUESDAY 5:30 p.m. Breath-centered yoga that combines gentle, meditative movements, stretches and deep healing for restoration.
ZUMBA TUESDAY, THURSDAY 9 a.m. SATURDAY 10 a.m. SUNDAY 9 a.m. Exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and International beats for a fun and effective workout.
