Push your body to the max with an outdoor workout class on one of Chicago’s iconic beaches. This full body workout will get you beach body ready for summer. Each attendee will be supplied with a tote, towel, stretch band and yoga mat to use for the duration of the class.
*Fitness classes $20 per session for hotel guests.
*Children must be over the age of 16 to utilize the Fitness Center or attend group classes.
Fitness Center is open 24 hours daily with a guest room keycard.
Our 2,700 sq. ft. facility offers the latest cardio machines and strength-training equipment, and is complete with picturesque floor to ceiling windows that offer uninterrupted views of Navy Pier, Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline.Available beyond the fitness floor is innovative programming such as remote personal training, group fitness classes, wellness experiences and nutritional counseling tailored to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Combines aerobic, strength training and stretching to challenge your muscles using hand-held weights and bands.
YOGA MONDAY, FRIDAY AND SUNDAY 8 a.m. TUESDAY 5:30 p.m.
Breath-centered yoga that combines gentle, meditative movements, stretches and deep healing for restoration.
