At the beginning of the new year, Michelin Plate honored restaurant LIMONI takes gourmet indulgence to a new level with a new menu presented by Chef Hubert, selecting seasonal ingredients and sustainable seafood prepared in the simplest way.

A native of Paris, Chef Hubert has mastered fine dining and Mediterranean cuisine. The respect for ingredients is embodied everywhere in his concept of cooking. He also pursues balance between different ingredients. While satisfying the diners’ discerning taste buds, Chef Hubert also bends his efforts to make the diners feel his affection and passion for the delicacy.

Signature dishes include Duck Foie Gras, Scampi Tartar, Black Truffle and Lemon Jam, Wild Caught John Dory, Caviar, Cauliflower, Piedmont Hazelnut Soil, Braised Duck Breast, Pickled Beetroot, Pumpkin-Orange Puree, Chiogga, and Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli, Lemon, Pine Nut. Seasonal degustation menu and set lunch are also available for selection.

Complementing the menu is a collection of wines carefully selected by the hotel’s sommelier. Guests may walk up to the wine cellars and pick their favorite from over 200 types of Old and New World wines and grappa, or ask for professional recommendation from the Ladies and Gentlemen of the restaurant. Besides, LIMONI also provides more than 20 selected wines by the glass for guests’ enjoyment.

Located on the 3rd floor with a capacity of 80 seats (combination of a private dining room for 10, table seating and booths). LIMONI guarantees cozy and relaxed dining enjoyment.
