The Italian restaurant located on the 52nd floor of the hotel was opened on September 25, 2023, Angelo Aglianó, an Italian Michelin-starred chef, who has been involved in the culinary industry for more than 20 years, was invited to be the head chef and relaunched the restaurant as SCENA DI ANGELO.

The Michelin and Black Pearl awarded restaurant is ideal for both of social and business gatherings. Jin Xuan was designed by the renowned interior designer and architect from Hong Kong, Steven Leung. The main dining area seats up 52 guests, while the eight private dining rooms are available for up to 40 guests.
