The Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai Pudong's Chinese restaurant, Jin Xuan, has earned its first Michelin Star in the inaugural Michelin Guide Shanghai 2017. It is one of 26 restaurants in Mainland China to receive this accolade.

Chef Daniel Wong, Chinese Executive Chef at Jin Xuan for The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong, brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience. His authentic, yet creative, Cantonese cuisine inspires patrons from Shanghai, China and beyond.
The main dining area can seat up to 52 guests, while the six private dining rooms can host a total capacity of 64; two VIP dining rooms are also available for up to 40 guests. Jin Xuan also features a Tea Lounge with 18 seats.
