Following his skillful instructions, you will make three cocktails, whilst learning how to use a shaker, discovering the perks of being a Mixologist and how to craft your own cocktails. Flair Chef's Special – Indian Roast Chickens

Indian roast chickens, with spring chickens being the main ingredient, bring you strong Indian flavours. Indian roast chickens are made by slowly roasting spring chicken at low temperatures, and then adding sour milk and multiple Indian curry spices. Crispy outside and soft inside, Indian roast chickens, coupled with their best partner – Indian whole wheat biscuits - taste just impeccable. RMB128+* per dish.
