FLAIR has invited two celebrity DJs on Friday night to bring you a special night of excitement and passion. Chief Bartender Frank will showcase his talents with his signature cocktails and share information about the cocktail culture. This is a perfect start to your weekend.

The Beaujolais Nouveau season is just around the corner and our Chief Sommelier Mark Dong has prepared a special Beaujolais Nouveau menu for you to experience the rich cultural history before sampling its unique, refreshing floral and nutty flavours. RMB550+* per bottle.


(November 1 – December 31)

FLAIR’s Chef Andy Zhang, with more than 13 years of cooking experience, has created two innovative specialty hotpots. Experience tropical Southeast Asian flavours with an Indonesian soup base made from king trumpet mushroom, crab mushroom, enoki mushroom, shitake mushroom, coprinus, chicken broth and special Indonesian spices. The Japanese-styled seafood hotpot delivers refreshing tastes with imported salmon, mussels and other fresh ingredients. RMB198+* per set.

Let Frank Li and Sean Liu, our Mixologists, teach you the basics of cocktail making. Following their skillful instructions, you will make two cocktails, whilst learning how to use a shaker, discovering the perks of being a Mixologist and how to craft your own cocktails. RMB128+* per person.

Sunday, December 23 – Dry Martini and Passion Fruit Mojito
