Let Sean Liu, our Mixologist, teach you the basics of cocktail making. Following his skillful instructions, you will make three cocktails, whilst learning how to use a shaker, discovering the perks of being a Mixologist and how to craft your own cocktails. RMB198+* per person.
Cooking Class - Thai Style Curry Beef

Southeast Asian cuisine fans will not want to miss this exclusive opportunity. Chef Andy Zhang, our Southeast cuisine master, is ready to teach you in a step-by-step manner how to make authentic Thai Style Curry Beef from fresh ingredients prepared for you in advance. Head Chef Andy Zhang of FLAIR Bar and Restaurant has carefully selected and marinated the short ribs in a rich Japanese sauce before frying them on a teppanyaki to deliver juicy, tender flavours. RMB178+* per dish.
