The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is proud to offer Fitness On Demand™, a virtual group fitness solution that provides fitness classes by schedule or on-demand, allowing users 24 hour group fitness access. A variety of scheduled virtual group classes are offered Monday-Saturday in the Core Fitness Club Movement Studio. Classes are geared to all levels of fitness and are complimentary for hotel guests and Core members.
Group Rx - WAR Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8 a.m. / 55 minutes
An exhilarating total body workout that combines Mixed Martial Art athletic training set to motivating music.
Designed to build strength and flexibility through intense group intervals that fuse cardio, strength, balance and flexibility.
One Hour Flow Saturday - 10 a.m. / 1 hour
Build lean muscle and improve flexibility and posture while relieving stress and anxiety with this Vinyasa Yoga routine.
Mat Pilates Sunday - 10 a.m. / 30 minutes
Improve balance, strength and stability while increasing flexibility through a continuous flow of core strength and endurance movements.
PERSONAL TRAINING Achieve your personal fitness goals with a customized one-on-one workout led by a certified fitness trainer. Each session will be designed to effectively target your desired results, using a combination of cardio, core strength and flexibility training.
