Yes, kosher alternatives for observant guests can be prepared prior to the event and are served sealed and with kosher dinnerware.

What about kosher observant guests with special dietary needs?
Our chefs are able to create a wide selection of kosher dishes to meet specific dietary needs. Options can be discussed with your hotel event planner.

How many guests can you host for a kosher event?
We can accommodate up to 300 in The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom; 230 with a dance floor. The Silver Grille in the adjacent Higbee Building can host up to 375 guests.
