Each evening at 6, our hotel lobby offers guests the chance to sample a signature Southwest dish: guacamole. Prepared in person by our Guacamologist™, the guacamole is served alongside selections from the Tequila Vault and mini versions of chef Dean Fearing’s signature margarita.
