Personal training sessions may be reserved for all fitness levels and are ideal for guests seeking tips on short workouts to enjoy during their stay.

Body Composition and Nutritional Consultation


Lean body and fat mass are measured during your visit, with results used to determine your model body composition. Recommendations for your practical target weight and personalized nutrition and fitness guidance are then presented.

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment


A detailed assessment that includes posture measurement as well as testing for range of motion, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. Also provided are sub-maximal tests for cardiovascular endurance, body composition and girth measurements and individualized recommendations for your personal fitness improvement.

Fitness and Wellness Classes


Offered daily. Please refer to monthly class schedule. Guests may also book a private session for specialty fitness and movement classes.
