The FiskeBar takes you to northern land, as in a fish market in Copenhagen.
It will be the first Nordic cuisine concept in Geneva full of bold flavors and hyper-local ingredients. A culinary and enriched cocktail experience with passion for highest quality sea products, organic and seasonal ingredients. The new bar and restaurant offers eclectic ambiances bringing a fresh approach to dining.

Under the experienced eye of Chef Alessio Corda, the Living Room Bar & Kitchen offers unique experiences of healthy, seasonal, trendy and creative cuisine, based on simple and delicious recipes with a stunning view overlooking the lake.

For both the eyes and palate, a chocolate and tea boutique led by the famous Philippe Pascoët is located in the lobby and the chocolate, one of Switzerland jewel, is spotlighted throughout the entire hotel experience.
