In January 2025, North Florida’s acclaimed AAA Five Diamond Salt Restaurant debuted a complete transformation, offering guests an elevated dining experience inspired by the natural beauty of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding coastal landscape. The redesign introduced a refreshed dining room, an expanded lounge, and The Seaview Terrace, a stunning ocean-view space for al fresco dining. For those lured by culinary adventure, our Ritz-Carlton Chefs invite you to join them for a memorable day on the water in one of the resort's signature experiences: Hook, Line and Supper.
