Salt Cooking Schools

Ignite your passion for cooking while attending a Cooking School led by Salt Chef de Cuisine Rick Laughlin. Chef Rick unlocks the secrets of Atlantic-influenced Contemporary American cuisine through total immersion in the culinary process.

Classes begin with breakfast in the Salt dining room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. After a tour of the Salt kitchen, students disperse to work stations to create a four-course lunch menu reflecting the class theme. Later that day, students share a lunch paired with a selection of fine wines and discuss their experiences with fellow students and chefs. At the end of the program, students receive a Salt apron, recipe book and certificate.

The influence of Latin street food can be found almost everywhere, as diverse as the colors of the rainbow with a palette of flavors to match. This is one of our most-anticipated cooking classes of the year.

October 21 – Dinner Party Hors d’Oeuvres
