PASOLA – The New Dining Experience Awaits

Located on the sixth floor, PASOLA is an all-day dining restaurant featuring International cuisines that celebrate the local farmers and food artisans of Indonesia. PASOLA offers delectable arrays on the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner with an a la carte option.

The buffet offers hand-crafted creations in grazing portions with an array of appetizers and signature items, like Rendang Arancini, Barramundi Dabu-dabu and Sop Buntut; international and pan-Asian dishes will compete for your attention. Our offering strives to source ingredients mostly from Indonesia to maximize freshness, support local farmers and growers.

A la carte service is also available; the menu is inspired by the Indonesian cuisine with a modern twist using fresh and locally sourced ingredients from around the archipelago.

6 a.m. – 10.30 a.m. (Saturday – Sunday)

11.30 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Every Sunday 12 p.m. – 3 p.m


If you are looking for a more intimate experience, a business meeting or a family gathering. We have available 3 private dining rooms that can accommodate parties from 8 - 50 guests with a personal Wine Specialist and Chef to design the perfect gourmet journey away from the world.

At the Lounge, you can expect a relax and casual experience, the perfect place for business or unwind after a busy day in the city. The menu offers small snack plates to share, colorful styled desserts, cocktails, full wine menu and cigars.
