What is our Grand Ballroom capacity?

Maximum of 200 tables for round table of 10 persons or up to 8,000 persons for standing reception.

How far in advance should I reserve the date?

Although The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place often fills the most popular wedding dates as far as one year in advance, other dates are typically available with less notice. Contact the hotel for more information about available dates.

What kind of wedding packages do you have?

Guests may choose from our Majestic Elegance. Blissful Love and Enchanted Heart Packages.

Do the wedding packages include a wedding planner?

No, they are not yet included, however we may give references on wedding planners to assist preparing your special day.

Do you have wedding specialist in the hotel?

Yes, we have wedding specialist in the hotel that can assist the bride and groom to choose the wedding package and give recommendations on floral décor, wedding planners, photographers, wedding cake and entertainment.

Is it possible to have food tasting before the wedding day?

Yes, it is included in the wedding package. We suggest to have food tasting on the chosen menu two months prior the wedding day.

When should the bride and groom finalize the menu, program and set up?

The hotel will arrange a final meeting with the bride and groom, and all other vendors who take in part on the wedding arrangements, at least two weeks prior the wedding day.

What do I need to know before contacting the hotel?

You should know the estimated number of guests, a date and an approximate budget for your event. If possible, choose a few alternative dates in case your first choice is not available.

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
