Signature dishes on Lemonía's new seasonal menu include parmesan dusted jumbo shrimp accompanied by cannellini purée and fava-tomato vinaigrette; Florida Flounder flavored with brown butter, capers and lemon accompanied by an arugula salad; and chocolate bread pudding completed with bourbon ice cream and candied pecans.
Lemonía also features decadent dessert favorites, including vanilla crème brulee with a raspberry financier, and peach panna cotta featuring delicious poached peaches. All desserts, breads, ice creams and pastries are handmade in-house by the skillful and passionate Ritz-Carlton pastry team.
