Secluded in a peaceful nature preserve, our resort offers guests the chance to experience local, traditional cuisine and customs, whether within a Bedouin tent or under the stars. However, international cuisine and stylish, modern spaces are also on the menu, offering a complementary contrast.

True to its name, meaning “oasis” in Arabic, Al Waha offers international and Arabic cuisine in a beautiful setting honoring traditional Middle Eastern architecture.

Overlooking a waterhole popular with the desert’s animal residents, Safran offers an exclusive fine-dining Indian menu in a distinctly Arabian setting.

Opening Hours: Breakfast (buffet) 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Lunch (a la carte) 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., Dinner (a la carte) from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Constructed in the style of a traditional Arabian watchtower, The Tower offers private dining looking out over the desert. A dedicated chef prepares a spread of specialties.
