Flair Chef's Special – Japanese Ramen

Japanese ramen is known for its rich broth and unforgettable flavours. Flair Bar and Restaurant’s Chef De Cuisine, Andy Zhang, who is an expert in Southeast Asian cuisine, has designed special ramen creations, such as Seafood Miso Ramen, Pork Broth Ramen and Soy Sauce Vegetable Ramen, using vegetables, seafood and seasonal ingredients to keep your stomach warm during the autumn season. Flair Chef's – Winter Special Southeast Asian Hotpot
(5 p.m. – 11 p.m., December 1 – 31)
Chef Andy Zhang, who has over a decade of cooking experience, has created two special Southeast Asian hotpots. Choose between a Japanese beef curry Hotpot with special mushrooms and fresh seasonal vegetables, or a Vietnamese Sour Seafood Hotpot with fresh ingredients such as premium salmon and mussels. Experience the flavours of Southeast Asia without leaving the city. RMB128+ per dish.
