Obtaining a Marriage License
How can I obtain a marriage license in Fulton County?
There are several requirements for obtaining a marriage license in Fulton County, Georgia. If your ceremony is taking place in another county, your wedding coordinator or Ritz-Carlton wedding specialist would be delighted to assist you in obtaining the necessary information for that locale.
The following requirements need to be fulfilled to obtain a marriage license in Fulton County:
- Couple must apply in person.
- You must have proper government-issued identification with the correct spelling of your name and address. Options include Driver's License, Passport or Birth Certificate.
- Visit the Fulton County website to confirm current cost and final details to order a Marriage License.
Wedding and Reception Packages
Do you offer package pricing that includes everything from the room rental to food to service?
We have wonderful packages based on a four-hour or five-hour reception that include use of our ballroom, food, wedding cake, super-premium or ultra-premium bar, tables, chairs, linen, china, glassware, flatware, dance floor, event manager, service staff, taxes and service charge.
What are some of the amenities that you offer in the wedding packages?
We provide a complimentary suite and curated special amenity for the bridal couple the evening of the wedding. We offer a hospitality suite for the weekend of the wedding, which is a lovely way to welcome your guests and let everyone get to know each other before the wedding. We extend a special rate for valet parking at the hotel on the day of the event. We allow exclusive wedding photo opportunities in pre-determined public areas of the hotel.
Do we have to select an inclusive package?
You may customize every aspect of your wedding reception with our catering experts, culinary team and event managers.
Do you have set menus or are we able to create our own menu?
We have menus that offer suggestions that you may review and then a proposal is personalized for you based on your specific flavor preferences and seasonality.
May we take our wedding photographs at the hotel if we are not hosting our reception there?
We do not permit photographs to be taken in any public area of the hotel that might interfere with another guest’s experience, such as the hotel lobby, staircases, lounges or restaurants. If you book overnight accommodations in the hotel, you are welcome to take photos within your guestroom.
Can we bring in our own food and beverage?
We do not permit food and beverage from outside sources to be served in the hotel. Our talented culinary team offers a delightful selection of wonderful food and beverage, and we will also customize menus for you.
Do you have a Wedding Planner at the hotel who will direct the ceremony and reception?
We have a list of recommended Wedding Planners that you may contact for assistance. We will work directly with your Wedding Planner during the planning sessions and the day of the wedding to ensure all the logistics are carried out seamlessly, so you can focus on enjoying your special day with your loved ones.
