Perched on the water’s edge by Elizabeth Quay, Hearth Restaurant offers guests a fine dining experience. Prepared over an open fire, these dishes draw from Western Australian flavors and ingredients.

Executive chef Jed Gerrard's Hearth Restaurant celebrates the exquisite flavors and produce of WA. Inspired Australian cuisine is prepared on a traditional open grill, drawing flavor from the smoke and fire, then shared among diners alongside lively conversation.

Serving: Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner


  • Breakfast (in-house guests only): Daily, 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
  • Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Dress Code: Smart casual
