Perched on the water’s edge of Elizabeth Quay, Hearth Restaurant offers innovative cuisine drawing from Western Australian flavors and ingredients and prepared over an open fire.

The exquisite flavors and produce of Western Australia are celebrated at executive chef Jed Gerrard’s Hearth Restaurant. Innovative Australian cuisine is prepared on a traditional open grill, drawing flavor from the smoke and fire, and shared among diners alongside lively conversation.

Serving: Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner


  • Breakfast (in-house guests only): Daily, 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
  • Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Dress Code: Smart casual
