For one day only, Artisan Bistro at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston presents a Dessert and Champagne Valentine's Day Pop-up Bar.
Located within a romantic nook in Artisan Bistro, the Dessert and Champagne Pop-up Bar is open to the public, no reservations necessary. For $36.00 per couple, guests will enjoy a decadent specialty dessert buffet featuring nine sweet selections paired with Martini & Rossi Prosecco.
Ritz-Carlton Executive Chef Robert Bruce and the pastry team led by Kerry Levesque have prepared the following as part of the Dessert Buffet pop-up: Raspberry and Champagne Creme, Chocolate Crème Brulee, Red Velvet Rose Cupcakes, Strawberry on Strawberry Cheesecake, Bitter Chocolate Tart with Toasted Meringue, Cocoa and Chambord for Two, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Sweet Heart Macarons, Truffles, and Bold Red Candies.
