Envelope your guests in high-style with an atmosphere of Art Deco elegance. Hot pink washed walls, silver panels, white Art Deco towers and silver glitter palm leaves create a dynamic backdrop for your big night.

Italian Garden
Channel the romance and wonder of Italy for your next event. Full-sized classical statues, tall doric columns and wonderful arches combine with manicured topiary and hedges to create a classic garden. Decorative fountains surrounded with lighted hedges add movement and sound for a dynamic finishing touch.

Ritz-Carlton Elegance
Celebrate in splendor as we bestow the finest touches of The Ritz-Carlton elegance to your event. Tall columns, uplit in salmon, create an entrance to the ballroom, as a three-tier fountain graces the center of The Ballroom. Bowls of peach roses sit atop tables dressed with The Ritz-Carlton's signature cobalt china and glassware.

Recreate life on "The Rock," The Ritz-Carlton style. Sections of chain link fence create an entrance to The Ballroom and cell bars back the buffet stations. Guard towers with moving, beacon lights watch for escapees. An electric chair surrounded with cell bars provides a humorous photo opportunity.

Awards Night
Lead your guests down the red carpet toward an unforgettable, star-studded evening. Glittered "Oscar" silhouettes stand tall beside a lighted marquee at the entrance to the ballroom, as the Hollywood sign highlights the stage, surrounded by a field of glittering gold stars.

Travel back to a time of majestic luxury as your event is transformed into a celebration fit for kings. Old stone banquet tables hold bountiful buffets, as a pair of cannons stand at the entrance to the party and a knight on horseback appears through the arched opening of an old, stone castle facade on the stage.

  • Partnering with the hotel’s culinary team to prepare the ingredients for a regionally adapted dish for donation to a local hunger relief organization;
  • Assembling school supplies and art materials in backpacks for donation to students whose academic success is threatened by poverty;
  • Collaborating in teams to assemble emergency preparedness kits for shipping to a disaster relief facility or community organization;
  • Designing and creating greetings and birthday cards for children in a local pediatric healthcare facility or children’s organization.
  • Impact Hour, a platform for leaders from The Ritz-Carlton Community Footprints partner organizations to showcase how they are successfully addressing social and environmental issues.

Additionally, Signature Impact Experiences invite our group guests to take part in an off-site volunteer activity, unique to the destination.

Preserve the Gardens of Alcatraz
Help protect the historical gardens of Alcatraz Island, which are more than 100 years old. Group guests can travel to the island by motor coach and early-morning boat, and collaborate to restore the gardens. Hear the stories of the gardens and visit special areas not accessible to the public.
