Festive Mystique at a Nob Hill Landmark

Teddy Bear Tea
Children are invited for Teddy Bear Tea in the winter wonderland of The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom featuring a lively holiday show, visits with Santa, teddy bear gifts, and keepsake photos. Children may bring an unwrapped new toy to place under the holiday tree to be donated to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals. Proceeds will benefit UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals and Make-A-Wish® Greater Bay Area.
Tree Lighting Ceremony
Join us at our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, hosted by Betty Yu (KTVU-TV Fox 2) and Liam Mayclem (KCBS Radio) and a Make-A-Wish® Greater Bay Area child. The complimentary-to-the-public event will feature live entertainment with Dickens-era carolers and trumpeters, the legendary tree lighting at the hotel’s front drive, and photo opportunities with Santa Claus. DECEMBER 3 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Letters to Santa
From December 3-25, children are invited to write and mail a letter to Santa in the Lobby. In addition, they enjoy complimentary candy canes on Fridays and Saturdays in December.
Thanksgiving Day Dinner in The Lounge
Gather with loved ones and enjoy a special three-course Thanksgiving menu in The Lounge featuring traditional favorites and fall specialties. $175 USD per adult; $87.50 per child, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
Christmas Day Dinner in The Lounge
Celebrate Christmas in the joyously decorated hotel indulging in a three-course Christmas Day menu presenting holiday classic dishes and seasonal inspirations. $185 USD per adult; $100 per child, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
New Year’s Eve Midnight Masquerade
Celebrate the New Year in style at our Midnight Masquerade in The Lounge. Dress in your best formal or cocktail attire in black, gold, or silver and enjoy an unforgettable evening of memorable dining set to the upbeat sounds of DJ Myky. Enjoy handcrafted cocktails plus balloon drop and complimentary sparkling wine at midnight. December 31: Dinner- 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.; DJ - 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
