BODY ROCK
Saturday 9 a.m. | Monday 6:30 p.m.

A fast-paced full body training experience incorporating both cardio and strength training.


FIT
Tuesday, Thursday 10 a.m.

Functional Integrated Training (FIT) is designed to have your upper and lower body muscles work collaboratively and emphasizes core stability.


STRETCH
Tuesday, Thursday  6:30 p.m.

Deep and gentle stretches using movements that flow smoothly to increase mobility and flexibility, decrease muscle tension and pain, and improve muscular balance.


ROOFTOP YOGA
Saturday 8 a.m.

Experience tranquility on top of the city with sweeping rooftop views of Chicago from the 75th floor.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
Monday and Friday 9 a.m.

Combines aerobic, strength training and stretching to challenge your muscles using hand-held weights and bands.


YOGA
Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. | Tuesday 5:30 p.m. | Wednesday 7 a.m.

Breath-centered yoga that combines gentle, meditative movements, stretches and deep healing for restoration.


ZUMBA

Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday 9 a.m. | Saturday 10 a.m.

Exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and International beats for a fun and effective workout.

50 minute classes at $20 per class.
