  • When should I arrive?

  • We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to change, shower and enjoy a few minutes of steam or sauna.

  • What should I wear during my treatment?

  • Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, but please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. A robe, slippers and a locker are provided.

  • What about my comfort?

  • Your experience at our spa is your time, and you should delight in it to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please tell your therapist immediately.

  • How can I make a reservation?

  • Reservations can be made by calling (312) 573-4915. We encourage you to reserve treatments in advance.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

  • Guests may cancel 24 hours before their service without incurring a cancellation fee. A guest who has a late cancellation or no-show will incur a charge for the full service.

  • Are gratuities included?

  • We are dedicated to making each visit with us an exceptional experience. For your convenience, a 20% service charge is included. Any additional gratuity would be greatly appreciated.

Locker Rooms

  • Both the men’s and women’s locker rooms feature dry cedar saunas and aromatherapy steam rooms.

  • A limited number of permanent lockers are available, and include 24-hour turn fitness laundry. Additional fees apply.
