Day 1

Arrival. When in Bali, something magical happens. Your ears attune to the evocative melodies of the traditional Gamelan and your eyes take in brightly colored tropical fruits as they dance gracefully under the tasseled parasols. For discerning guests, The Ritz-Carlton, Bali provides an unparalleled luxury experience.

Day 2

Relaxation. Morning Yoga at Senses Lawn is not a bad idea to bring back the balance of your body, mind and soul.

Half Day Meeting. A dedicated multifunctional ballroom - completed with five breakout rooms (three of them featuring a permanent setup), wraparound terrace and an abundance of space and light - combining the ambience of the tropics with full technological support.

Option 1

Cultural Day. Celebrate Bali’s cultural richness by enjoying Kecak Dance at Pura Luhur Uluwatu

Option 2

Adrenaline. Racing up your adrenaline by doing some water sport activity at Tanjung Benoa.

The Encore. Close your day with extensive dinner by the beach at Beach Grill Restaurant, a beachfront dining venue offering just-caught seafood and grilled specialties with an endless ocean view.

Day 3

Ubud Excursion. Experience an extraordinary escape to Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali delight in a breathtaking view of verdant rice paddies and discover its tranquil serenity.

A quiet, carpeted, air-conditioned prayer room (Musholla) is available for Moslem resort guests and those attending meetings at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
