Sign up for this intimate, interactive culinary adventure with resort chefs as they curate experiences that transcend the everyday. Each month, a different chef creates two entrees and dessert while you enjoy generous wine sampling. Participants learn about recipes, techniques, ingredients and the history of various cuisines while enjoying a remarkable hands-on dining experience. Availability is limited.

HOOK, LINE AND SUPPER

For those lured by culinary adventure, our Ritz-Carlton Chefs invite you to join them for a memorable day on the water in one of the resort's signature experiences: Hook, Line and Supper.
With lunch and refreshments in hand, you and Chef will set out early on a private excursion with a local charter boat captain to the backwaters and neighboring islands for a day that combines a passion for angling and cooking with a taste of the authentic Amelia Island lifestyle.
Back on shore, you can join the Chef in the kitchen to plan a menu using your catch or spend time relaxing with a spa treatment of your choice with the benefit of a $250 Spa credit. Later that evening, Chef presents your catch as a customized, four-course dinner with select wine pairings for two guests. For a culinary memory of a lifetime from dock to exquisite dish and beyond.

Accented by cool Atlantic Ocean breezes under a romantic evening sky, savor a personalized four-course tasting menu served al fresco and prepared by Ritz-Carlton chefs. The casually elegant dinner includes paired wines.

SALT KITCHEN TABLE
Chosen by Forbes Magazine as one of the Top Ten Kitchen Table Experiences in the United States, Salt’s version is more than an extraordinary meal, it’s an experience. In a salt block walled section overlooking the busy kitchen, up to four guests may observe or even participate in the meal’s preparation. In pursuit of perfection, Chef Okan gathers your personal tastes and preferences for a signature experience that reveals itself course by course. Enhanced wine pairings are available.

SALT ADVENTURE MENU
For a unique experience, Chef Okan's Adventure Menu is a multicourse, improvisational tasting menu crafted nightly to create unique flavors and further elevate the culinary tradition of Salt.The Adventure Menu may be paired with chef-selected wines to further enhance each dish. A RED, WHITE AND DEEP BLUE CELEBRATION
Celebrate Independence Day with fireworks, delicious food and drink at an All-American Lawn Party at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. An incredible menu of seafood, ceviche, shrimp cocktail, marinated steak and grilled local fish, summer vegetables and a delectable dessert bar await. Entertainment includes live music, games for the whole family and a front row seat to the oceanfront fireworks show at 9:15 p.m.
